3PL Value-Add Services

NZ Distribution offers a range of value add services that support and enhance traditional warehousing functions or may be utilised as a stand alone value add proposition.

Our 3PL Value Add service offering includes:

POS (Point of Sale) Material Management

We manage a variety of POS and advertising material requirements from ongoing storage and distribution, to bulk order receipt, breakdown and allocations, and custom packaging and delivery. Post campaign reporting is available including proof of deliveries and custom KPI reporting.

Competition Management

We specialise in competition logistics by working directly with customers or with nominated agencies to manage consumer competitions and loyalty or incentive programmes. Our services include general logistics consultancy, entry receipt and validation, database management, prize storage and distribution, and consumer liaison for prize delivery.

Back Office Administration

Our back office and administration functions include services that range from payment receipt and banking reconciliation, to mail merges and flysheet printing. We also provide outsourced administration and customer service support including provisions for 0800 numbers and Po Box set up and management.

Product Re-Work and Kitting

We have a project team available on short notice for all product Re-Work and Kitting functions including breakdown and re-pack of inner and outer cartons, product labelling, wrapping and re-packing into custom packaging. We can also receipt individual products/SKU’s and then build custom kits or prize packs for competitions or promotions.

B2C Distribution

In addition to our traditional 3PL Business to Business model, we also facilitate business to consumer order profiles. This includes the receipt and management of online orders plus customer collect orders and private address deliveries (excluding PO Boxes/Private Bags). We can also arrange special deliveries including customer installations and weekend deliveries. Supporting our B2C services is our pick up and returns handling service for consumer products that may have a money back return period.
